Its Not Always The Economy
This is an actual "job wanted" posting. I have seen more ads from employers desperately wanting good grammar and spelling over skills and experience. People just don't get it. If you think I am joking, take a University of Phoenix class. The grammar is beyond belief.

Hello,
I am unemployed due to a Mass-Lay-Off at my last position.
I have many years of Receptionist,Clerical, Filing. If I can not find a position in a Office I also have experience in companionship for the elderly, babysitting, shoveling, cleaning. I have experience as a Hostess at a Restaurant, Fast Food Worker. I am not very picky at this point, with the economy how hard it it is to find a good job position. I have a great personality, dependable, reliable, responsible. I take my position very seriously. I am opened to any suggestions. Thank-You for looking at my posting. Hopefully I will hear from you soon. Have a great day. The pay can be discussed.

Only One Thing
Shopping done? Food ready? Perfect gift waiting for everyone on your list? Christmas cards sent?
Now as they went on their way, he entered a certain village, where a woman named Martha welcomed him into her home. She had a sister named Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet and listened to what he was saying. But Martha was distracted by her many tasks; so she came to him and asked, "Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her then to help me." But the Lord answered her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and distracted by many things; there is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part, which will not be taken away from her" (Luke 10:38-42).

Ho Ho Ho
On Donner and...
Alex went to Chalet to see Santa and his reindeer. He wasn't phased by the reindeer. He talked nicely with Santa and told him he wants trains for Christmas. The one thing I didn't get him. To his credit he waited in line at least 30 minutes. He checked out the water fountains we were standing near and also the blonde 4 year old chicklet in front of us.
