We had quite a scare this week. Eli, my big tabby teddy bear, stopped eating and drinking. We finally took him to the vet Friday afternoon and he is back to purring, drinking a bit and eating soft food not dry. Whatever works.
After losing those two in 3 months, it was upsetting to watch Eli seemingly go downhill. We're still hoping it was just a virus as he had been throwing up all day.
But if anything it taught me to enjoy every cuddle and purr.

Oh no. I hope Eli is doing better. You can't take any more scares like that.
Remember when Hobbes did that last year--the vet told us that he was going to die. It was HORRIBLE! It was a virus and ...well...he's fine today. I hope you have the same good fortune.
